Our centralized procurement services allow us to source fabric globally. We provide a wide range of options, from basic single jersey to 500 gsm loopback cotton and terry fleece, in various weights and qualities. To ensure sustainable fabric production and dyeing, we partner with BCI- and OETEK-certified suppliers, guaranteeing quality and environmental responsibility.
We collaborate with leading businesses in sustainable fabric development, from organic cotton producers to GOTS-certified garment manufacturers.
Our printing facility employs a wide variety of techniques, including single color placement, CMYK, discharge, glow-in-the-dark effects, heat-sensitive printing, heat transfer, and digital printing. We use advanced equipment, such as three automatic TAS machines and two Adelco Oval 18-color/38-station automatics.
State-of-the-art dryers and other machinery ensure high-quality products, with a monthly output of approximately 300,000 to 380,000 panels.
We collaborate with reliable vendors for embroidery, stone application, heat transfers, and other specialized tasks. Our external quality control team ensures their output meets high standards.
Our in-house support team and partners manage finished garment treatments, including tie-dyeing, dip-dyeing, marble washing, vintage dye, and hand-dyeing, to create unique finishes.
We comply with CPSIA standards, ensuring our production, including children's wear, is free of PVC, lead, and formaldehyde. The inks used in our dyeing and printing processes are water-based, non-toxic, and eco-friendly.
With 270 full-time operators working across seven lines, we can produce up to 10,000 units daily. Most of our team members are experienced, multi-skilled sewers proficient with 3-5 different machine types.
Our use of top-quality Juki and Siruba machines, combined with our team's versatility and precision, enables us to produce a wide range of high-quality products on a single line with minimal downtime.

To meet our clients' needs, we offer comprehensive storage and warehouse solutions. As part of our manufacturing operation, we provide services such as individual store packing, direct dispatch, and specialized processing for department stores, including barcoding, boxing, and palletizing. Our finishing teams handle deliveries and dispatches efficiently.
We ensure transparency with an ERP system and offer the following facilities for managing goods:
• Fabric warehouse with floor-to-ceiling racking and computer coding systems (1,390 sqm, capacity of 700,000 fabrics)
• Trims warehouse with floor-to-ceiling racking and computer coding systems (200 sqm)
• Finished goods warehouse with a 5-storey racking system (600 sqm, capacity of 8 x 40 ft containers)
• Overstock and asset warehouse for excess machinery, packing materials, overstock, and long-term storage (200 sqm)
We follow the international AQL 2.5 standard and perform AQL 1.5 final inspections at the warehouse. Additionally, we have internal QC checkpoints at every stage of production.
Our facility includes a testing lab where we examine each roll of fabric for printing durability, colorfastness, tear strength, weight, fabric twist, and shrinkage.
